Duke

Our Duke went to a new Foster, But he was Adopted on day 2 !!! YAY DUKE!!!

Duke was saved from the shelter when no one came to claim him.  He is neutered and UTD on vaccines, but unfortunately he is heartworm positive. We have been working on slow treatment for him. He is 9 years old and we want to make sure he gets well and has the best life. He loves other dogs, kids, and people in general. He has been on a farm and doesn't seem to mind horses, goats, cows, etc.  He would love to find HIS family, however If we could find him a FOSTER to adopt, that would be the best solution. He is extremely sweet, probably the sweetest dog ever! He does seem a little attached at times.  I do not know what he went through before, possibly was abandoned, but he needs a person of his own for sure. He does good in the home as well and loves his toys and stuffed doggie that he thinks he needs to take to potty when he goes out. He does have trouble holding his licker also.
